Sometimes, your computer may have minor symptoms such as not connecting to the wifi or printer, or may just be running slow and need a tune up, or maybe things have stopped working altogether and require a fresh installation. Occasionally problems can be more complex, involving faulty hardware, but DDS have the expertise to identify, advise and repair, giving your computer a new lease of life.

Covid 19-Safe Processes

During the pandemic, we are operating a pick-up and drop-off service. We can pick up your computer from your home and bring it back to our workshop to identify the problem.

Home pickup costs £75 for the first hour, £45 for every hour thereafter. Most software problems can be fixed in the first hour, and in the event of hardware needing to be replaced, we will give you an estimation of what it will cost to repair, including our honest opinion on whether it is worth repairing. We will update you throughout the repair process and not proceed without your agreement.

Alternatively, if you wish to bring your computer to us, the first hour will cost £55, with £45 for every hour thereafter.

Our home pickup repair service covers South Brent, Ivybridge, Buckfastleigh, Ashburton, Totnes, Plympton, Newton Abbott, Ugborough, Dartington, Modbury and other areas within South Hams.
